By submitting a venue to Eventa, you confirm that:
- You own the venue or have permission to represent it.

- The uploaded images belong to you or you have permission to use them.
Eventa reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time.
Submitting a venue does not guarantee approval or publication.
3. Platform Usage

- Upload inappropriate or copyrighted content without permission
- Attempt to damage, hack, or misuse the platform

4. Communication

5. Bookings & Transactions
Eventa may help connect venue owners with potential customers. However:
- Eventa is not responsible for agreements made between venue owners and customers.
- Eventa is not liable for cancellations, disputes, damages, payment issues, or misunderstandings between parties.
Users are responsible for verifying venue details before making arrangements.
6. Content & Media
By uploading content to Eventa, you grant Eventa permission to display and use submitted venue information and photos for platform and marketing purposes.
7. Privacy
Eventa collects and stores information submitted through forms including:

- venue details
- uploaded images
This information is used to manage submissions and improve the platform.
